We are working on behalf of our client, a large and leading law firm who are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Docketing Specialist to join their established function on a full-time, permanent basis. This role plays a key part in the smooth management of global trade mark operations by ensuring critical dates and case data are monitored, organised, and accurately maintained.
Our client is seeking someone to hit the ground running, so it is essential you have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Docketing role, and are familiar with Trade Mark processes and docketing systems.
Main responsibilities will include:-
- Maintain and update trade mark records across multiple client portfolios
- Review incoming correspondence and input key data into the docketing system
- Generate deadline reports and send timely reminders to attorneys and staff
- Support portfolio onboarding and assist with record audits
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate filings and compliance
- Assist in updating docketing procedures and documentation
