The Work

• Nurture a safe, supportive environment for young people aged 11-18
• Provide emotional and social support, encouraging positive relationships and community engagement
• Promote confidence, self-esteem, and independence, fostering positive life choices
• Maintain accurate records, assess individual needs, and contribute to care plans
• Collaborate with managers, colleagues, and external professionals
• Support daily living needs, household tasks, and meal planning

What You Need

• Engage positively with young people, demonstrating self-motivation and empathy
• Work well both individually and within a team
• Have care sector or residential care experience, or commit to gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Be willing to work some Bank Holidays
