Our team is expanding, and we're seeking experienced loss adjusters to join us in Glasgow and various locations across the South of England.

• Pay: Competitive salary, up to 8% bonus, plus generous pension and company car
• Hours: Full-time, field-based role

The Work

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions
• Work autonomously, managing claims cradle to grave
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What You Need

• Proven experience in high-value claims, ideally around £100,000
• Minimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA (Dip CII desirable)
• Deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing
• Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes
• Proven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Desirable

• Experience with claims over £50,000
• Working towards Dip CII qualification
• Familiarity with local building practices and regulations
