Through personalised care, we prioritise our clients' needs and experiences every step of the way.

Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week

Looking for a Midwifery Role That Gives You Your Evenings Back?
Are you a Registered Midwife looking for a rewarding role with better work-life balance, supportive colleagues and opportunities to develop specialist skills? At MSI UK, we're seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians to join our Central London team, providing high-quality reproductive healthcare services across multiple community locations. This is an excellent opportunity to step away from the pressures of acute settings and join an organisation where patient care, professional development and staff wellbeing are genuinely prioritised.

As part of our Central London team, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care across a network of clinics throughout the region. As part of the role you'll have the ability to work across sites including Greenwich, Waterloo, Lewisham, Tottenham, Edgware, Enfield and Stratford. Travel between sites is an essential part of the role and all business travel is fully reimbursed. Unlike many healthcare environments, this role does not involve surgical services, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care within our medical treatment and vasectomy service, which operates between three and five days per week.

Please note: We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Midwives.

Enjoy a Better Work-Life Balance
Imagine a clinical role where your shifts are predictable, your evenings are your own, and night duties are a thing of the past. With service hours typically operating between 8:00am and 5:00pm you'll benefit from a healthier balance between your professional and personal life.

Develop Specialist Skills and Build Your Career
At MSI UK, we invest in our people. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your expertise within reproductive healthcare while working alongside experienced clinical colleagues who are committed to delivering exceptional care. Whether you're looking to expand your clinical skills, develop a specialist interest, or progress into leadership opportunities in the future, we'll help you achieve your career ambitions.

What Makes This Role Different?
  • Monday to Friday working pattern with only occasional Saturdays. No evenings, nights or bank holidays
  • Travel expenses fully reimbursed
  • Opportunity to develop specialist reproductive healthcare skills
  • Established vasectomy service
  • Meaningful work that positively impacts people's lives
Why Join MSI UK?
We offer a supportive, values-driven environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded.

Financial & Rewards: Aviva pension (up to 5% employer contribution), Blue Light Card discounts (4,000+ perks), Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and long-service recognition rewards.

Wellbeing & Work–Life Balance: Opportunity to buy and sell annual leave, 24/7 GP access and EAP via Westfield Health, an extra day off for your birthday, accredited Mental Health First Aiders, family-friendly policies and a national employee recognition programme.

Learning & Career Development: Clear career pathways, paid training and development, accredited apprenticeships, and learning agreements to support your professional growth.

If you're an experienced Registered Midwife looking for meaningful work, a supportive team, specialist training and a healthier work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you. For more information on the role, please refer to the following job description: Apply through our website.
