Meat Trader
Salaries/Retainers ranging from £40,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, plus OTE!
Direct involvement in sourcing premium products from global suppliers

What we’re looking for in a Meat Trader Previous experience in meat trading, commodity trading, or meat sales
Strong negotiation skills with proven margin management capability
Knowledge of international sourcing, logistics and import/export processes
Experience managing supplier relationships and commercial contracts
Familiarity with food safety standards, traceability and regulatory compliance
