Site Manager

We are working with a highly respected fit out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects for high-profile clients across the UK.

Due to continued organic growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join the team on projects typically valued up to £10 million.

This is a long term opportunity with a business known for its collaborative culture, quality delivery, and strong relationships with both clients and supply chain partners.

The role will suit a driven Site Manager with a strong background in fast paced commercial fit out projects and a proactive approach to programme management, logistics, and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to handover
Driving programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong site productivity
Managing site logistics within challenging live and occupied environments
Maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, and quality
Identifying and mitigating key project risks
Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with project teams and clients
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and client expectations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment
Track record delivering projects up to £10m
Strong understanding of programme management and sequencing
Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
Ability to manage logistics and multiple subcontract trades effectively
Strong communication and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
