E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. The role is full time and permanent working 36 hours a week.

As Ecommerce Assistant, you will assist the Ecommerce Manager in managing the online shop.

You will work with the E-Commerce Manager to maximise revenue generated by the English Heritage online shop, by ensuring that the product pages look as good as

possible. You will help improve customer journey and experience by optimising site navigation and liaising with our warehouse team to address all customer enquiries. You will assist in the creation and briefing of creative assets used in advertising, email marketing and banner imagery for the website.

To be considered as a Ecommerce Assistant, you'll need:

- Working in a retail and/or business environment either digitally or physically.

- Working with third parties, customers and/or clients.

- Ecommerce within pure ecommerce, charity, 'high street' or cultural sector.

- Working with digital content and web pages via CMS.

- Experience of producing content for websites or offline marketing.

Interviews will be held on 1st and 2nd September on teams.
