Production Office Assistant
Salary: £24k-£27k

As their Production Office Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of their office, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting their wonderful team. Your key responsibilities will include: Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Office Management: Maintain a tidy and organised office space that reflects our energetic culture. This includes ordering supplies, managing inventory, and supporting the logistical needs of our team.
Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, embodying our friendly and professional spirit.
Event Coordination: Help organise team events, meetings, and workshops that foster collaboration and engagement.
Data Entry and Reporting: Assist in maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing documents to ensure our operations run smoothly.What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who possesses: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
