What will you be doing?
As an Insurance Account Handler, you'll play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients. You'll help manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them throughout their insurance journey, from new business and policy changes through to renewals.
As a trusted point of contact, you'll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and service standards remain exceptional.
No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the day-to-day management of an assigned client portfolio
Helping achieve retention, cross-selling and referral targets
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and insurer partners
Acting as the first point of contact for client and insurer enquiries
Responding proactively to requests and resolving issues efficiently
Checking insurer documentation and resolving discrepancies before issuing to clients
Maintaining accurate client records in line with company processes and regulatory requirements
Delivering a professional and responsive service via phone, email and other communication channels
What are we looking for?
For some opportunities, previous insurance experience will be essential. For others, we're equally excited to hear from school, college or university leavers, as well as individuals looking for a career change.
What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you're new to insurance, we'll provide full training and support through our award-winning Learning & Development team.
