Drainage Coordinator
Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced Drainage Coordinator to manage the scheduling and delivery of drainage surveys, reactive works, and remedial projects. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Based in SW London.
Requirements:
- Live within one hour of South London.
- 5+ years’ experience in property services or construction coordination.
- 3+ years’ experience coordinating drainage works.
- Strong scheduling, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of drainage operations, including CCTV surveys, jetting, repairs, and excavations.
- Experience using CRM and scheduling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule engineers, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate projects from enquiry through to completion.
- Manage client communications and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate job records, quotations, and invoices.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Competitive salary plus commission opportunities. ( ranging from £31,000 – £42,000 per annum).
