This is a full-time opportunity within a school that places student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and personal development at the heart of its work.

The school is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and aspirational environment where every student is supported to succeed both academically and personally.

About the Role

As Pastoral Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students across the school, helping to promote positive behaviour, strong attendance, emotional wellbeing, and high levels of engagement with learning.

  • Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour records

  • Liaise with external agencies and support services where appropriate

  • Maintain accurate records of pastoral support and interventions

The School Environment

The pastoral team is highly valued and works collaboratively to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Staff benefit from strong leadership, clear systems, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

The school is committed to inclusion, high expectations, and supporting the whole child.
