Leisure Operations Manager (Battersea)

More about your role
As a Leisure Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base. You will be ensure staff are trained, motivated and are delivering standards of performance at all times. You will work closely the General Manager, chair staff meetings, carrying out staff appraisals and maintain a high morale around the centre.
In addition you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards including overseeing the day to day maintenance and cleaning within the Centre.

More about you
You will have experience within a leisure environment or have gained strong operational experience managing in a health club, leisure centre or similar high-volume leisure operation, in either the public or private sector. You may currently be working as a Senior Duty Manager, Head of Department or Operations Manager and be ready to take the next step in your career.
You're someone who understands what great looks like day to day — confident leading teams, maintaining high standards and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You're comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and supporting your team to perform at their best.
Qualifications such as NPLQ and IOSH are required for this role. If you do not currently hold these, you must be willing to work towards and achieve them within an agreed timeframe once in post.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with ambition and potential, who is looking to develop and be ready to step into a General Manager role within the next two years.
