December:
16/17- cons only 8.30am to 6.30pm
22/23- cons only 8.30am to 6.30pm
24-cons only 8.30am to 4.30pm
29/30/31-cons only 8.30am to 6.30pm
2nd Jan - cons only 8.30am to 6.30pm
January:
5th - 29th
Mon - Thurs each week
8.15am to 6.15pm
sole charge
mix of consults and routine ops
Rates DOE, and payments through Umbrella company or ZHC
