Are you an experienced Culture & Change Lead looking for the opportunity to influence culture across a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation? Reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness, you will lead a high-profile culture, engagement and organisational development portfolio, helping to shape the future workforce, strengthen leadership capability and drive long-lasting organisational change.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Culture & Change Lead to deliver meaningful impact through culture change programmes, employee engagement initiatives and organisation-wide transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure change is effectively designed, communicated and embedded, while using data and insight to deliver measurable improvements in organisational effectiveness.


Your Role as Culture & Change Lead:

• Lead high-profile Culture Change Programmes that improve organisational performance and employee experience
• Drive Employee Engagement, including people surveys, listening exercises and culture diagnostics
• Deliver Organisational Design reviews, operating models and workforce effectiveness initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders to embed Transformation & Change across the organisation
• Use Data, Insight & Evidence to identify challenges and implement impactful solutions

Your Previous Experience as a Culture & Change Lead:

• Significant experience leading Organisational Development and culture programmes within a large, complex organisation
• Strong track record delivering Employee Engagement and organisational effectiveness initiatives
• Proven experience of Organisational Design, Diagnostics and Workforce Transformation
• Ability to influence, coach and challenge Senior Leaders and Executive Stakeholders
• Demonstrable success using Data and Insight to shape interventions and deliver measurable outcomes
