Our client, a well-established principal contractor, is on the lookout for a skilled Roofing Estimator to join their growing team in London. Specialising in roofing, waterproofing, and landscaping solutions, the business operates across the UK and Europe, offering a full-service approach — from early design and surveys to final installation. What You’ll Be Doing

* Producing accurate and detailed cost estimates for roofing works

* Conducting site visits to measure works and gather essential project details

* Reviewing specifications, drawings, and site conditions to inform pricing strategies

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project clarity and smooth handovers

* Preparing pricing across a range of systems including felt, liquid-applied, and cladding

* Keeping cost databases and supplier price lists up to date

* Supporting clear communication of technical and financial information across departments

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in roofing estimation, particularly flat roofing

* Knowledge of liquid-applied systems and cladding is a strong advantage

* Comfortable carrying out surveys and taking site measurements independently

* Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills

* Highly organised with a proactive, self-motivated approach

* Full UK driving licence required
