EA, private Family Office, (1-year contract, 4-day week)
We are working on a fabulous EA role to support two charming and passionate Principals of a single family office, based in stunning Mayfair offices. Joining a small London team, this role will require an EA who has a very hands-on mentality, as the successful candidate will be joining the team in what is set to be a very busy year for the family. As the EA, you will provide high-level business support including diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, travel arrangements and project management, offering support on a large-scale real estate project in London. There will also be an element of private support, particularly with managing household staff, managing personal finances, and project managing renovations. The EA will also manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, HR, financial duties, IT support, and acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fantastically broad role, offering an experienced EA the opportunity to turn their hand to a range of different responsibilities. We are looking for an EA who has previously worked for a financial or professional services firm, and ideally have experience from within a small office with a varied role, mucking in where necessary.
This role is for 4 days per week – Monday to Thursday , 9am-5.30pm, but with some flexibility on the very rare occasion.
Mayfair office, hybrid working
