Job Title: Financial Adviser (Partner)

The Role:

• Deliver holistic, technology-driven financial advice focused on exceptional client outcomes.
• Build and develop your client base, supported by embedded lead generation channels.
• Work with both mass affluent and high-net-worth clients, building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate within an agile, innovative environment where your ideas genuinely shape the business.

What You’ll Need:

• Level 4 Diploma (minimum) in Financial Advice (CII, CISI, or equivalent).
• Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
• 2+ years’ experience delivering regulated financial advice in the UK.
• Strong relationship skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort with technology.
• Driven to provide ethical, client-first advice in a modern, digital-first firm.
