What you'll do:

As a Senior Team Leader, you'll be the vital link between our front-line team and restaurant management.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead shifts and support the team with energy and enthusiasm
• Set up for services and success using our SOP's and checklists
• Drive exceptional service and cleanliness standards
• Coach, train, and motivate your team to greatness
• Be a champion for health and safety
• Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
• Step up as Duty manager when needed

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant,bar, or food and beverage establishment
• Previous supervisory experience
• A confident, inspiring leader
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety & Health & Safety
• Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18.
