What We Offer

• A competitive base salary of £45,370 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
• Guaranteed overtime options to boost your earnings, along with additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The SMR division is a fast-growing part of our organization, focused on delivering planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members—whether at their driveway or workplace car park. Forget emergency callouts and unpredictable shifts; here, you’ll work through a scheduled list of jobs with the time, tools, and support to perform quality work.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, and each job will be pre-booked with the member expecting you. You will:

• Perform routine servicing.
• Conduct diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
• Carry out in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
• Provide member advice and recommendations based on your inspections.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards.

With a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics at your disposal, you’ll use your technical skills to get members moving again—safely and confidently.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
