Senior Manager – Captive Insurance (Hybrid, Guernsey)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a client service team, contributing to strategic and operational planning.
• Maintain service excellence for a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Participate in client board meetings and deliver on corporate governance requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop staff, supporting succession planning and team growth.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial performance, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

About You:

• Fully qualified insurance professional (e.g. ACII) with previous management experience.
• Strong knowledge of captive insurance, reinsurance structures, and related legal and financial frameworks.
• Experienced in client relationship management and corporate governance.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and team development skills.
• Capable of contributing at board level and driving strategic initiatives.
