Captive Insurance Manager
Senior Manager – Captive Insurance (Hybrid, Guernsey)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a client service team, contributing to strategic and operational planning.
- Maintain service excellence for a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
- Participate in client board meetings and deliver on corporate governance requirements.
- Manage, mentor, and develop staff, supporting succession planning and team growth.
- Contribute to budgeting, financial performance, and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
About You:
- Fully qualified insurance professional (e.g. ACII) with previous management experience.
- Strong knowledge of captive insurance, reinsurance structures, and related legal and financial frameworks.
- Experienced in client relationship management and corporate governance.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and team development skills.
- Capable of contributing at board level and driving strategic initiatives.
