Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

We’re on the lookout for a talented Insights Analyst who will focus on Games Analysis , diving deep into performance data to uncover what keeps players engaged and excited.

Well, what about the role?

This role will be primarily focused around supporting our games and product teams with actionable, data-driven recommendations. The Insights team is a fast-expanding area of the business and provides opportunity for the successful Insight Analyst to instigate real changes and progress within their career.

As an Insight Analyst you will use a variety of tools and implement varying analytical techniques, providing the business with actionable insights that will drive growth. Experience with SQL and Excel are essential and understanding of tools such as R and Big Query are also beneficial but not crucial.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Understanding the business, particularly our games, to ensure analytical needs are met.
  • Pro-actively analysing data from multiple sources to provide timely and actionable insight.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor innovations.
  • Thinking creatively to improve business and product operations as well as members’ onsite experience.
  • Communicating findings confidently and coherently to drive change.
  • Monitoring Ballys’ core KPIs
  • Keeping regular communication with your manager and team with regard to workload and projects.
