Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant Strategic Client Partnerships team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and driven by the desire to help our students achieve their career goals. As an SDR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of BARBRI.

  • Bring a strong desire to excel in an inside sales role. Thrive in a high-energy selling environment, managing a significant volume of inbound and outbound activity.

  • Use and interrogate data to identify prospects and opportunities.

  • Use your engaging communication skills to captivate clients and convey the value of BARBRI’s products through outbound calls and prospecting emails.

  • Understand and effectively communicate our product offerings, competitive advantages, and handle common questions with ease.

  • Possess a solid understanding of general sales processes and principles to connect with clients and their needs.

  • Utilise Salesforce, Cognism and other lead gen tools to manage workflows and build out our lead generation processes.

  • Schedule appointments for the Business Development Director.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Business Development Director, including presentations on sales attainment during quarterly check-ins.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network, learn, and promote BARBRI’s products and services.

Essential Requirements

  • Interest and experience as a SDR with a demonstrable track record of exceeding lead targeting.

  • Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clear, persuasive, and influential dialogue

  • Strong capability to negotiate, build rapport, and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Highly professional demeanour, taking pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive reputation.

  • Supportive team player with outstanding organisational and time management skills, able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and best practices.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business needs

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience and success using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism is highly desirable.

  • Experience in the education or training sector would be beneficial.

  • Experience with law students and lawyers in the United Kingdom would be beneficial but not essential.
