Escalator Engineer (Days)
Earn up to £75,000 OTE as an Escalator Engineer in Greater London, working 7:00 – 19:00 shifts with a 4 on 4 off pattern. Maintain and repair high-profile escalator systems in busy rail and transport hubs, including Gatwick and Stansted stations.
Key Details
- Pay: Up to £75,000 OTE (based on skills and experience) + Paid Door-to-Door + Company Van
- Hours: 7:00 – 19:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with 45-minute unpaid break)
- Location: Greater London, with additional work at Gatwick and Stansted airports
- Start date: Immediate
- Closing date: Until filled
The Work
- Service, maintain, and repair escalators and moving walkways across major rail and underground sites
- Work on specific equipment such as KONE, Schindler, Anlev, and Otis systems
- Perform risk assessments and maintain site log cards during every visit
What You Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways
- Driving License: Valid UK driving license

- Experience working in high-profile, safety-critical environments
- Knowledge of specific escalator systems
