Live-in Carer

About The Role

We are looking for long term cooperation with our Carers and we make sure we always value and take care of our team!

As a live in carer, you will support clients’ independence, privacy and dignity and maintain the safest level of care in their own home. We are looking for live in carers with empathy and compassion who want to make a real difference to elderly people’s lives.

Placements will be for at least 3 weeks, but longer placements are preferred, depending on availability. Before starting the placements, you must take part in our Assessment Centre which lasts for 3 days and to be positive evaluated. Also, you will have to provide required documents throughout the Recruitment process. Currently the Assessment Centre activities are online via Microsoft teams.

Monthly salary earnings up to £114.29 per day, depending on the difficulty of the package. (Packages are: Group A (Living Independently), Group B (Living with Care and Support), Group C (Living with Advanced Care and Support Needs)

Carer band 1: A : £75.00 per day___ B: £89.29 per day___C: £103.57 per day.

Carer band 2: A : £78.57 per day___ B: £92.86 per day___C: £107.14 per day

Carer band 3: A : £78.57 per day___ B: £100 per day___C: £114.29 per day

!! At the moment we have available Packages only for Group B and Group C.

Apply if you:

• have previous experience in care sector
• are able to travel up to 150 miles from your home area
• are able to communicate effectively and safe in English
• are able to cook British meals
• have Right to work in the UK for a full time job
• have a Driving license and you are able to drive in the UK
• have an attitude that is kind, thoughtful and compassionate
• are willing to stay up to date with all new training in order to provide high-quality care
• your criminal record does not prevent you to work with vulnerable adults
• you can provide contact details for satisfactory references
• you can provide a proof of UK address
