The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Direct Crewmembers during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and facility upkeep
• Authorise employee functions and complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred

Desirable

• Experience with food allergen management
• Fluency in additional languages
