This is an exciting opportunity to join Isio’s fast growing Employee Benefits business, which spans strategic benefit design, workplace health & wellbeing consulting, DC pensions, benefits technology and employee engagement & support.

We develop communication programmes for large blue chip and medium sized businesses in the UK. We help employers and the sponsors of pension schemes creatively communicate their valuable employee benefits programmes to their people.

The role at a glance:

Delivering high quality and creative communication campaigns for our clients.

Working alongside our other creatives and consultants in the development of creative strategy, interpreting the client’s brief to ensure our campaigns create the impact and results our clients are seeking.

Translating creative concepts and brands into engaging visual communications across digital and traditional channels. Supporting in the development of the creative strategy for our products and services to allow us to bring those to a wider range of clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

· Developing visual concepts and presenting your creative work and rationale to our clients and other members of the client team.

· Working with design assets and templates, ensuring brand and narrative consistency to create final artwork for campaign material – from conception to delivery. Acting as brand guardian for the concepts we develop

· Contributing to the development of creative ideas for a whole range of Isio communication clients

· Supports in the creation of both bespoke and ‘off-the-shelf’ communication solutions

· Delivers solutions across multiple channels (e.g. print, digital)

· Supports with training (internal and client) around best practice approaches and shares knowledge across the team

Core skills & required experience

· Confident in the use of graphic design and digital content creation software to develop engaging communications and digital campaigns across multiple channels and brands.

· Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and in delivering pre-print processes and digital asset production

· A portfolio demonstrating your visual storytelling and brand/concepts/layout application in a range of digital and traditional media

· Experience in the creation of templates & brand libraries

· Strong visual communication skills (typography, hierarchy, readability etc.)

· Collaborative and receptive to feedback - good communication skills and happy to present your work in front of clients supported by other members of the team

· Accuracy and attention to detail, strong organisational skills to manage time, budget and deadlines

The successful candidate

You’ll thrive in bringing new ideas and innovation to your work. You’ll have good attention to detail and be collaborative in giving and receiving feedback to get the best results for our clients.

You will be strong in working to deadlines and have good experience in planning your time and scoping work for a client and you’ll have an eye for detail.

You might also have:

· Experience of Figma

· Experience of client-facing relationships and presentation skills

· Knowledge of financial education/services or the UK pensions industry

· Understanding of accessibility requirements for both print and digital

· Video software skills
