The Work

• Hire, train, and manage hourly crewmembers
• Create work schedules and manage performance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Cash handling and accountability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Use technology systems for shift execution and documentation

What You Need

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid UK driver's license
• GCSEs or equivalent required, some tertiary education preferred

Desirable

• New restaurant opening experience
• Bilingualism
