Hours: Monday - Friday

9:00am - 7:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing logistics and hardware distribution team in Hounslow. Due to increased demand and rising volumes of IT equipment and infrastructure components, we are looking for a reliable and detail-focused individual to support our day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing IT hardware and infrastructure components accurately
• Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
• Managing and maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
• Ensuring all equipment is handled carefully and securely
• Supporting order fulfilment and dispatch processes
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Working closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams
• Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor / Manager with daily operational tasks

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required hours
• Experience with picking, packing, and stock control
• Ability to handle sensitive IT equipment with care
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
