What you will do:

* Assist the Team Manager in ensuring effective service delivery for adults, upholding high standards in assessment and care planning.
* Ensure all practices comply with relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and local authority policies.
* Review and maintain the quality of the service, recommending improvements to the Team Manager.
* Promote well-being within your team by encouraging healthy working practices and managing workloads efficiently.
* Stay informed on policy, law, and research developments, sharing expert knowledge to foster evidence-based practice.
* Communicate effectively, presenting information with professionalism, and maintaining a positive image of health and social care services.
* Promote service user satisfaction by consistently seeking areas for improvement and addressing any poor practices.
* Provide feedback to the management team and help develop decision-making skills by encouraging innovative thinking.
* Collaborate with the Team Manager on work allocation and closure, including authorising support plans.

To qualify, you must be a registered HCPC professional and possess a valid driving license.
