Service Manager
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred support that meets residents' and participants' needs and promotes independent living.
Maintain regulatory, contractual, and organisational compliance, including safeguarding, risk assessments, case recording, and health and safety standards.
Oversee budgets, property, and resources, while building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience leading, motivating, and developing staff in a social care, housing, or related setting.
Experience supporting people with mental health issues, substance misuse, homelessness, or involvement in the criminal justice system.
Experience managing service delivery, budgets, compliance, safeguarding, and housing-related responsibilities.
