Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant, you will;
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, managing communications efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for board meetings.
- Maintain an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.
