Commercial Partnerships Manager
ITP Media (UK) are preparing to launch an exciting new consumer brand and are looking for an ambitious Commercial Partnerships Manager to help bring it to market.
This is a rare opportunity to join at launch and play a pivotal role in building the commercial success of a brand from day one. Working alongside a highly entrepreneurial team, you'll identify new opportunities, secure commercial partnerships and help shape the growth strategy across digital, social, live events and experiential activations.
If you're commercially driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to help build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Commercial Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and delivering strategic partnerships that drive revenue and support the growth of the brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and securing commercial partnerships, sponsorships and brand collaborations.
Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
Building long-term relationships with brands, agencies and key decision-makers.
Creating compelling commercial proposals and bespoke partnership packages.
Negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring successful delivery for every partner. Working closely with the wider team to develop new revenue opportunities as the brand evolves.
Representing the business at industry events, launches and networking opportunities.
Managing sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline activity.
The Opportunity
This is more than a commercial roleāit's an opportunity to help launch and grow a new consumer brand with significant ambitions.
You'll have the chance to influence commercial strategy from the outset, work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the future. If you enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and being part of an entrepreneurial team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and passionate about developing partnerships that create value for everyone involved.
You'll be confident building relationships, presenting ideas and identifying opportunities that drive long-term growth.
You'll also have:
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach with the confidence to generate new business.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, media, events or consumer brands would be advantageous but isn't essential. We're ultimately looking for someone with ambition and the drive to help build an exciting new consumer brand from the ground up.
