Corporate Real Estate Locum Associate (6-Week Contract)
A prestigious international law firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Locum Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate team on an initial six-week assignment to provide cover during a period of leave. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established team on a broad range of high-quality corporate real estate transactions, with an immediate start available.The RoleWorking as part of a busy and collaborative team, you will advise on a variety of corporate real estate matters, including:- Acquisitions and disposals
- Joint venture arrangements
- Corporate restructurings
- General corporate transnational support relating to real estate assets and investments
- Project management and coordination of transactions from inception through to completion
