• Developing Future Leaders: Contributing to the growth, mentorship, and guidance of team members and emerging leaders.

• Updating client and lead information in the respective databases
• Planning business plans
• Creation of promotional and sales materials
• A ddressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner

Key Attributes for Success:

• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Development roles such as Associate, Business Development Representative, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in the Sales department
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Highly motivated individual
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
