A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Coeducational Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Cover Supervisor role can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.

If appointed as a Cover Supervisor your duties will include but not be limited:

• Covering a range of lessons for different year groups, whilst upholding the schools ethos
• Engaging with all pupils in an enthusiastic manner and ensuring their behaviour is managed positively
• Providing handovers to other members of staff for pupils completed work

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor role will be between £82.14 and £130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

The School

An 'Outstanding' Mixed Academy School & Sixth Form for pupils aged 11 to 19 years old, located in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

A heavily subscribed school with a percentage of pupils applying to Russell Group universities.

The proportion of pupils achieving this at the end of Year 11 is well above the national average.

Extra-curricular activities also play a large part of the school's life, including music and sports events, as well as museum trips.

In terms of academic achievements, the school produces results that placed it within the top 1% nationally for the fifth year running.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or are an experienced Cover Supervisor.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
• Experience of working with children/young people or as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
