Registered Nurse - Government Hospital (Hiring Immediately)

Search Plus HR is actively recruiting a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a Government Hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with government healthcare standards and protocols. You will play a key role in delivering effective patient assessment, care planning, and treatment in a structured and supportive environment.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the provision of compassionate and comprehensive nursing services to patients. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to public health and gain valuable experience in a government healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop care plans based on clinical findings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Adhere strictly to infection control policies and safety procedures relevant to government hospitals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Familiarity with government healthcare policies, procedures, and standards.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Previous experience in government hospital settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.
