Horticulture Operatives with driving license
Days - Monday to Friday (weekends available) Hours - 07.00 – 4pm
Job Description:• As part of our continued growth throughout the region working as a Weeders in the Hounslow area.
• Keeping the Highways of Hounslow clear of Weeds/leaves etc
• Weed Clearing / Leafing
• Happy to work in all weathers. Hot in the Summer and Wet and cold in the Winter.
• Must be physically fit as lots of bending. Desired skills:
Hardworking. This role is very physical and lots of bending to clear weeds and bagging up. Placing bags onto the van
Good time keeping and will be allocated an area or road by your supervisor or team leader
Willingness to learn all aspects of ground working. Always flexible and help out when needed.
Personal qualities: Good time keeping. Positive attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team Your working environment may be you'll travel often, dirty, outdoors in all weathers, physically demanding and noisy.
You will need to wear protective clothing which is provided by Hounslow Council.

You will need to work well with others and be patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations as you will be working in the Community to remember you are representing Hounslow Council at all times and dealing with the public
