I'm working with a growing independent B2B agency looking for a Media Account Director to join their London team.

This is a genuinely hands–on, omnichannel media role, owning senior client relationships, shaping integrated media strategy, leading planning and developing the team.

The role

• Own a portfolio of 3 to 5 B2B clients , including a major international account.
• Lead senior client relationships across EMEA, APAC and North America.
• Develop integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, OOH and emerging channels .
• Translate wider business and marketing objectives into clear media strategies and plans.
• Oversee planning, activation, optimisation and reporting across the media mix.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, account growth and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business.
• Help develop the agency's increasingly AI–led approach to media .

We're looking for

• Media AD or experienced Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
• Strong B2B agency experience .
• Excellent omnichannel media strategy and client leadership capability.
• Comfortable operating across both digital and traditional media .
• Experience with biddable channels, alongside broader media planning.
• Comfortable in an independent / lean agency environment .
• Commercially sharp with strong attention to detail.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and challenging clients when needed.
• Someone motivated by ownership and impact , rather than simply chasing the next title.
