Director of Key Accounts
Lead the charge in shaping strategic client partnerships across the UK and EMEA as our new Director of Key Accounts.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact leadership role within our Asset Management division, where you'll guide a talented international team and drive growth across our Key and Premier client accounts. You'll be at the forefront of client strategy, working with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes. With scope to shape account plans, elevate client relationships to C-level, and embed executive sponsorship programmes, this role offers a dynamic platform for strategic leadership and professional growth.
Your key responsibilities as a Director of Key Accounts will include:
- Leading and mentoring a geographically dispersed team of Key Account Managers to ensure high levels of client engagement and performance.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with business objectives, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Client Success to drive account growth and reduce churn.
- Overseeing client contracts, renewals, and compliance, while enhancing onboarding and reporting processes.
- Representing the firm at industry events and providing regular updates to executive leadership on performance and market trends.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Director of Key Accounts:
- You must have extensive experience in account management or sales within financial services or asset management.
- You will have proven leadership experience managing a team of at least 5.
- You should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a track record of driving account growth.
- You must be proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and familiar with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
