The Opportunity:
As Senior Conference Producer for Clarion Events Middle East, you’ll lead the delivery of an ambitious content strategy that drives engagement across our launch exhibitions and conferences. You’ll stay closely connected to our global portfolios, spotting trends, identifying shared opportunities, and shaping bold new content ideas. Reporting to the Regional Head, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our key stakeholders (external and internal) to ensure we create the world’s leading commercially driven shows.
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Production Manager to join the team supporting the launch of Middle East event brand within Clarion.
The role is cross-sector working across multiple Clarion brands including but not limited to Life Sciences, Industrials, Civil Defence delivering high-level, content-led initiatives that connect decision-makers across the full buy-side value chains.
The successful candidate will help produce a series of market-leading conferences and private meetings, with a particular focus on building our presence in the high-growth market of Saudi Arabia. This includes shaping new content platforms and contributing to the success of our flagship event launches in H2 2026.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders, and is confident curating content agendas that reflect market priorities. Experience in the Middle East would be advantageous, in addition to an Arabic speaker, as we continue to grow our international footprint in this region.
Key Responsibilities:
Working on two annual flagship events in Saudi Arabia.
Meeting key government stakeholders face-to-face with the Head of Content.
Conduct a minimum of 25 research calls identifying key themes and topics for the show at 30 weeks out.
Build ADI buy-side lists throughout the campaign.
Identify the top 2-3 job titles (minimum) from each company to add to the TM list, targeting 200 names by agenda launch date. Throughout the campaign, names to be added via identification in articles etc., aiming for 400 names (minimum) at campaign end.
Build SPEX TM list – targeting 50 companies two weeks after launch of agendas for local sales teams.
Joining five calls per week with the SPEX team to promote selling in tandem.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
Experience of looking beyond the traditional conference industry revenue model and open to embracing and creating new ideas around a commercial model.
An Arabic speaker would be highly desirable.
A proven track record in content first events.
Strong project management skills.
Confident and can build rapport and lasting relationships with senior executives.
Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask, working on multiple events at the same time.
Interest in the middle east region.
