Maths Teacher – Drive Rigorous Extension Maths (STEP/MAT) in a High-Performing Independent School – Waltham Forest (Independent)

You'll teach Mathematics across KS3–KS5 (A-Level and Further Maths), with a significant focus on preparing the highest ability students for Maths Olympiads and STEP/MAT entrance exams. The role involves designing and leading challenging extension sessions and mentoring students through complex problem-solving.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in Mathematics (Masters degree highly desirable)
- Proven ability to teach and achieve top results at A-Level Further Maths
- Extensive experience with the STEP/MAT preparation or leading Maths extension groups
- Commitment to maintaining a stimulating and intellectually rigorous classroom
