Construction and Projects Senior Associate
The role focuses on contracts and transactional matters. If you have a background in advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation, joint venture agreements, PFI/PPP documentation, and alliance agreements, this could be a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants’ appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, and security documentation).
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation.
- Providing comprehensive project advice across a variety of sectors, including working with construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and insurers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development.
- Handling complex international projects, with the possibility of global exposure.
- 6+ Years PQE with strong contracts and procurement experience in construction.
- Experience advising clients in the construction industry, ideally with a background in private practice or in-house.
- Strong client relationships and the ability to develop new business.
- International project experience is preferred but not essential.
- A collaborative and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
