Brand Manager
Rapha’s vision is to make cycling the most important sport in the world because we believe in the transformative power of cycling. We’ve earned a global reputation for crafting the world’s finest cycling apparel, for telling stories that elevate the sport through compelling content and for connecting our global community of cyclists through inspiring rides and events.
As we look ahead, we’re focused on growing Rapha’s global impact and we’re looking for a sharp, highly organised and creatively minded Brand Manager to lead the development and delivery of our seasonal brand plans.
The Role:
Sitting at the heart of the global Brand team, you’ll take ownership of the seasonal marketing calendar and lead campaigns from planning through to launch. Working closely with creatives, channel leads, regional leads and the product team, you’ll make sure every campaign lands, on time and with impact.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role for a strategic doer with strong creative instincts. If you have proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns, communicate clearly, and have a sharp eye for detail, this is a rare opportunity to shape how cycling’s definitive brand shows up to the world.
Responsibilities:
Own the planning and delivery of global brand and product campaigns across Rapha’s seasonal marketing calendar.
Lead campaign execution from briefing to go-live - managing timelines, stakeholder alignment, and cross-channel coordination.
Ensure campaign messaging, positioning and creative assets are aligned with our brand strategy, meet the Rapha standard and deliver against business objectives across channels.
Be the operational heartbeat of the brand team, ensuring priorities are clear and milestones are met whilst driving improvements in how we go-to-market.
Collaborate with our Creative, Digital, Retail, Wholesale, PR, Social and Partnership teams to bring campaigns to life cohesively across all touchpoints.
Partner with regional leads to ensure campaigns are locally relevant while maintaining brand consistency.
Lead cross-functional hindsight reviews, gathering insights, performance learnings and market feedback to support optimisation and future planning.
Support brand planning processes and continuous improvements to marketing operations.
About You:
5+ years experience in brand or campaign management, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand, or creative agency.
Proven experience managing 360° marketing campaigns and complex projects, end-to-end.
A natural project lead with strong organisational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
A confident communicator and natural collaborator who brings clarity, structure, and energy to cross-functional teams.
Meticulous attention to detail, from briefing through to creative execution.
Strong grasp of brand-building fundamentals and a passion for delivering beautifully crafted work.
Experienced with project management tools (e.g. Asana) and comfortable working alongside creative and content teams.
A passion for cycling, performance sport, and their intersection with culture is essential.
We are continuously looking into ways to invest in our employees and build a better working culture and environment. Here are just some of the internal benefits we offer:
- Flexible working hours
- Support for ad-hoc remote working during the week - minimum 4 days in office
- 25 days annual leave
- 2 additional days paid time off to participate in a sportive or similar related cycling event

- Mental health support with MyndUp
