  • Report to the Chief Technology Officer with regular updates on KPIs, impact metrics, and transformation progress.
  • Align automation strategy with executive priorities.
Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the design and documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Translate business problems into automation opportunities, articulating value cases, feasibility and impact.
  • Deliver robust RPA solutions, either hands-on or through leading technical analysts and external partners.
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, information security and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and resource forecasting to ensure timely execution.
  • Track and report automation KPIs and benefits realisation to stakeholders including Executive Board.
Operational Automation & Infrastructure
  • Lead implementation of AI, RPA, BPA and workflow tools across business functions.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on enterprise architecture and systems integration.
  • Adhere to standards for data management, governance, privacy, and compliance.
  • Support citizen development initiatives by training and mentoring junior developers or business users on low-code automation.

  • Support pilots and iterative deployments, scaling successful initiatives across Linaker.
  • Ensure smooth integration of intelligent solutions into daily operations.
  • Measure efficiency gains, time savings, and operational ROI.

  • Good understanding of Azure / AWS environments and SaaS tooling, particularly where automation interacts with APIs and microservices.
  • Proven experience within a technical transformation function, implementing automation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Track record of managing projects in agile, hybrid or waterfall environments, balancing scope, budget, timelines and risk.
  • Sharp analytical mindset: able to dissect business processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with risk, compliance and data protection principles in a regulated industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.
  • 5+ years' experience in industry, and at least 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and automating workflows in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in CRM / CAFM systems desirable and a deep understanding of their functionalities.
  • Previous experience working within an M&E environment would be considered highly desirable but not essential.
