📣 New Opportunity – Business Operations Team Leader | Remote | 6 Months FTC Secondment

I’m working with a well-established, mission-driven education provider currently seeking a Business Operations Team Leader to join their business operations department. This is a 6-month, full-time fixed-term contract with fully remote working and the opportunity to lead meaningful change and service improvements.

🔧 Role Highlights
As Business Operations Team Leader , you will:
- Manage and maintain administrative processes and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Use data insights and feedback to identify and mitigate risks to the student experience
- Support strategic projects and initiatives alongside senior leaders
- Lead change implementation within a fast-paced academic environment
- Must have HE background

- Strong background in operations or administrative management
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- A confident communicator and team collaborator
- Proactive mindset with a focus on customer service and outcomes
- Must have background in working in HE
📍 Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
💼 The Offer
- 💰 Salary: £30,627 per annum
- 📅 Contract: 6-month fixed term (full time)
- 🏠 Location: Remote (2 in-person team days during the contract)
