Join us as a Luggage Porter at Brown's Hotel London and enhance guests’ stays with your local knowledge and five-star service. You’ll ensure smooth luggage delivery, offer personalized recommendations, and work closely with the Concierge and Doorman teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Deliver smooth and efficient luggage handling for guests upon arrival and departure
Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Collaborate with the Concierge, Doorman, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage to and from guest rooms
Assist with storing and retrieving guest luggage as needed
Keep the luggage area organized and secure
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with a focus on exceptional service
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for a team member who brings:
A warm, friendly, and approachable individual with a passion for guest service
Experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of the local area and an eagerness to share recommendations with guests
Proactive, with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
A desire to contribute to a world-class hotel experience and represent Rocco Forte Hotels with pride
