Salary – Starting from £28,745.60 / £29,868.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Wandsworth Nursery, situated in Wandsworth and located close to Clapham Junction Overground station, aswell as onsite parking. This role is based in the Baby Room.
The 68-place setting has 5 well-resourced rooms, and an excellent garden area featuring a mud kitchen, and bikes and scooters for the children to enjoy. The nursery is also situated close by to many local parks where the children can enjoy even more outdoor learning and exploring!

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
