Director

iNHouse Communications is seeking an exceptional and experienced Director to join their leadership team, be part of our growth story, and lead client accounts across our portfolio.

Role Profile

You are a dedicated and strategic Director with a reputation for being a trusted and influential client partner. With a proven record of advising at board level, you will bring high EQ, low ego and a drive to deliver. This role is pivotal in driving our agency, acting as both a robust leader internally and a key senior advisor for our clients. Our Directors not only navigate through challenging policy landscapes and lead integrated campaigning strategies but also actively mentor and guide our team, ensuring that we are constantly maintaining our high standards and exceeding client expectations across the board. As an ambassador for iNHouse, our Directors will be an integral part of shaping, embedding, and evolving our unique position and culture, ensuring success across all areas of our business.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultancy and Advice: Deliver high level strategic advice, anticipate future impacts and opportunities, and manage client expectations and needs effectively by leveraging deep expertise in politics, policy, and subject matter relevant to our clients.
• Senior Expertise: Leverage and share your depth of knowledge and expertise, acting as a strategy setter and ensuring that strategies and approaches are both innovative and derived from a place of authority and experience.
• Commerciality and Business Growth: Actively instigate and lead on new business opportunities, ensuring profitable account management, and providing astute commercial insights and negotiation skills to benefit both client and agency.
• People Development and Leadership: Inspire and cultivate a motivated, high-performing team, ensuring a continuous learning environment and actively managing performance.
• Agency Leadership and Culture Championing: Drive agency success, evolve products and services, and ensure the success of client work agency-wide. Actively embody and promote our core behaviours and culture, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
