About the Role

As a Producer, you'll play a role in developing and delivering ambitious, innovative creative solutions that bring brands to life across Bauer Media Outdoor's estate.

Working closely with agencies, clients and our internal commercial teams, you'll transform creative briefs into compelling ideas, combining creative thinking, production expertise and commercial judgement to develop solutions that push the boundaries of Out of Home.

You'll take ownership of the creative journey, from initial concept development and pitching through to production planning, collaborating with our Project Managers and specialist production partners to ensure every idea is delivered to the highest standard.

You'll be a trusted creative partner, confidently presenting ideas, challenging conventional thinking and identifying new opportunities to create memorable brand
experiences.

Above all, you'll champion creative excellence, ensuring our work is imaginative, achievable, commercially successful and makes a genuine impact.

What you’ll be doing..

Creative development and management

• Generating pro-active ideas and responding to briefs
• Champion innovation in OOH, exploring emerging technologies, experiential formats, production techniques and creative partnerships that expand the possibilities of our estate.
• Take ownership of the creative development process, from initial brief through to production handover, working closely with Project Managers to maintain creative integrity throughout delivery.
• Preparing proposals for new work, including budgets
• Develop and maintain clear creative proposals, project briefs and supporting documentation to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables and client expectations.
• Develop commercially viable creative proposals, balancing creative ambition with production feasibility, project budgets and agreed profitability targets.
• Constant evaluation of creative solutions providers and new opportunities across our estate
• Champion creative excellence throughout the development and delivery process, ensuring concepts retain their creative integrity, impact and quality from pitch through to execution

  Proactive stakeholder engagement

• Ensuring excellent relevant and timely communication with all project stakeholders and building strong
  trusting relationships both internally and externally with clients and suppliers
• Partnering with the Project Managers to cast the right production partner for each brief 
• Partnering with our Agency Sales teams on client engagement
• Collaborating with Marketing teams to create assets to promote our work and enter awards

Who are you?

• A strong portfolio or proven track record of developing original, impactful creative solutions across experiential, OOH, brand activations or integrated campaigns
• An expert track record of pitching and delivering creative solutions.
• Experience managing projects through a whole project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of production processes and managing suppliers of creative services
• Confident in delivering proposals and presentations using tools and technology.
• The ability to develop solutions that balance creative impact with feasibility, budgets and profitability.
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally
• Organised with the ability to plan and manage multiple briefs to meet deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Desirable to have experience of delivering OOH creative solutions.
