The role

As an Account Executive, y ou're the person who makes sure everything actually happens. The one who knows where every project is, what's blocking it, and what needs to happen next. Detail-obsessed, socially fluent, and fast. You'll work across a roster of clients and be the connective tissue between strategy, creative and delivery.

£28k – £35k per annum, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Campaign support: Keep campaigns moving. Timelines, briefings, status updates. Nothing falls through the cracks.

• Client anchor: Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients. Clear, reliable, no surprises.

• Creative bridge: Work closely with the creative team to make sure content is on-brand and on-time.

• Reporting: Track performance and turn numbers into something useful. Not just data. Direction.

• Culture Scout: Stay across platforms, trends and culture. Flag what matters before clients have to ask.

Who you are

• At least a year in a marketing or agency environment: you know how this world runs.

• Genuinely fluent in social: you understand why a format works on one platform and dies on another.

• Organised to a fault: you don't miss things. Ever. It’s a superpower.

• A clear, confident communicator: clients trust you and the team relies on you.

• Comfortable moving fast: when a trend hits, you're already thinking about what to do with it.

Working culture

We're a startup so right now we want to spend as much time together as possible. London-based and mostly in-person to start, with flexibility building over time.
